Position Summary
This position reports directly to the Senior Coordinator, Recreation - Clerical Management. This position provides front desk coverage and customer service at various recreation facilities. General duties range from checking guests in, to selling memberships, programs, services, and tickets, as well as general customer service. Knowledge of all passes, programs, and services is essential to the function of this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The below list is intended to be illustrative of the responsibilities of the position and not all encompassing.
* Provides exceptional customer service to all guests in a fast-paced environment.
* Greets guest, accepts and processes facility passes and registrations for specific activities.
* Enforces rules and policies with staff and guests.
* Handles and processes payments and responsible for assigned funds and receipts.
* Prepares the revenue and paid-out record forms daily.
* Maintains work area, facilities, supplies and equipment.
* Operates a variety of office equipment and electronic software.
* Completes a variety of paperwork including daily records, logs, and incident reports.
* Assist with any first aid, CPR, and other medical attention as needed.
* Maintains communications with other staff within recreation and reports issues or concerns (i.e. Rec Trac or activity issues) to supervisory staff as needed.
* Attends and participates in staff meetings and trainings.
* Keeps informed of all seasonal and on-going programs.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position is not responsible for the supervision of employees.
