The City of Fort Collins is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Clerk (Hourly) to support Transfort operations at the Transit Center. This role focuses on addressing inquiries from riders via phone, email and in-person interactions, solving issues, and delivering excellent customer service.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a High School Diploma or GED is required.
