Provide excellent customer service to members across the club and assist with purchases and payments as needed;
Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area and assist with transporting items and organizing merchandise;
Keep parking lot clean and safe by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions;
Maintain and organize carts/flatbeds and ensure they are available for member use; assist with loading items into member vehicles as needed;
Support fulfilling pickup orders by contacting members about delays and offering alternatives when products are unavailable.
