Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

A local municipality is looking for a motivated and organized individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative

• Develop meaningful relationships with people of diverse perspectives, and cultural backgrounds
• Full-time position with excellent benefits available after hire

• Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Assisting customers with billing questions, providing clarification on charges, payments, and account status
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to calmly and professionally handle escalated phone calls
• Proficient with basic computer programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Comfortable working on multiple tasks at once
