Responsibilities
  • Lead production and coordination of project drawing sets across all phases.
  • Develop and manage the Revit model to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal team members to resolve design and documentation challenges.
  • Support project execution by maintaining organized project files and managing day‑to‑day documentation tasks.
  • Participate in and support Construction Administration efforts, including submittal review and field coordination.
  • Conduct project‑specific code research and apply findings to design and documentation.
  • Prepare graphics, renderings, and materials for client and internal presentations.
  • Organize and participate in project meetings, document meeting minutes and action items.
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field staff to address constructability and coordination issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited school.
  • 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce and coordinate contract documents.
  • Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection software preferred.
  • Working knowledge of construction documentation, detailing, and building systems.
  • Basic understanding of building codes and permitting processes.
  • Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal direction.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • Self‑motivated with a desire to learn and grow within an integrated design‑build environment.
