High School Leader - Windsor

The person in this position will participate in and help facilitate Student Ministry meetings on Sunday Nights from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. They will also spend time with students outside of normal meeting times by attending their events and/or concerts. Creating opportunities to build your friendship/mentorship is part of the role.

The time commitment would be every Sunday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm., one Monday night a month for Leader Training opportunities and three-day Summer Camp in June and Fall Retreat in October, if possible

The volunteer for this position should be passionate about mentorship/discipleship, talking about Jesus, fellowship, friendship, fun.

Skills needed would include social skills and willingness to build friendships with students, love of Jesus and the bible. Practicing spiritual disciplines in a manner worthy of being imitated.
