You have accomplished difficult things. You have operated within genuine standards. You understand the distinction between effort and execution. If you wish to apply that discipline in a setting where it alters a young person's path, this position was designed for you.
Alpha School deploys AI-powered 1:1 learning that enables students to complete core academics in roughly two hours daily. That opens the remainder of the day for life skills, interest-driven projects, and meaningful development. At our most demanding campuses, students require more than oversight. They require a credible mentor who can assess dynamics, establish expectations, and guide them through resistance, distraction, and internal doubt.
This is not a conventional teaching position. You will not deliver lectures, assign grades, or develop curriculum. You will coach. You will facilitate structured life-skills workshops. You will analyze data to identify what is limiting a student, then apply appropriate pressure with both care and precision until they deliver.
If you possess an elite credential and a history of elevating others' performance, we would like to speak with you. Apply to contribute to a campus environment where students arrive focused, develop genuine skills, and surpass challenging targets.

- Deliver classes, lectures, or tutoring in a traditional teaching capacity
- Develop curriculum, write lesson plans, or evaluate student assignments
- Supervise adults, oversee campus operations, or assume administrative leadership responsibilities
