• Executing focused reading workshops that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency skills
• Creating personalized motivational sessions using gamified literacy milestones
• Reviewing student progress data to refine instruction and identify actionable insights
• Working with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy tools based on classroom outcomes
• Building scalable, AI‑enhanced content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade‑level proficiency

• Teaching 90‑minute classes or adhering to traditional curriculum—students master academic subjects through AI‑adaptive apps

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
• At least 2 years of experience delivering small‑group reading interventions to K–2 students
• Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre‑written curricula
• Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Willingness to work on‑site at one of our campuses:

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
