Seeking a full-time maintenance coordinator beginning July 1, 2026 at Liberty Common High School in Fort Collins, Colorado – a Poudre School District charter school. LCHS is Northern Colorado's clearest path to college delivering a college-preparatory, classically-oriented liberal-arts curriculum emphasizing the humanities including English, foreign language, history and economics while accentuating math, science and engineering in a safe, small-school environment. The school currently enrolls over 340 high-school students.
The maintenance coordinator has responsibility for to monitor all aspects of building maintenance. This is a full-time non-exempt position.

WORK HOURS:
40 hours per week
COMPENSATION: $45,000.00-$60,000.00

- Manage all aspects of the building.
- Prioritize different maintenance needs and gather bids for work.
- Perform maintenance in-house when practical
- Work with contractors on building improvements throughout the year and over the summer.
- Coordinate successful building inspections.
- Pick up trash in the morning and throughout the day.
- Set up and take down lunch tables every day for lunch.
- Clean building as needed throughout the day.
- Order and restock bathroom and kitchen supplies.
- Take items in building to lost and found.
- Set up and take down folding chairs and folding tables when needed.
- Supervise the two evening custodians.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Desire and willingness to learn about Liberty’s history and philosophy and to uphold and promote the mission and values of the school.
- Driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Successful background check.
- Understanding of Liberty Common School’s history and a commitment to maintaining and promoting the school’s mission and values.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or higher.
- Must be able to maneuver uneven surfaces.
- Must be able to carry or transfer up to 20lbs of supplies frequently.
- Must be able to work in occasionally loud environments.
- Must be able to frequently use office technology including computers, copiers, and printers.
- Enrollment in Colorado’s Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) and employer contributions to your PERA retirement account.
- Health, dental, vision, long-term disability, short-term disability insurance.
- Earned sick leave in accordance with Colorado’s Healthy Families and Workplaces (HFWA) Act.
