Information specific to this position:
This job positing is hiring teachers for 3 summer programs (Camp SOL, PCA 21st CCLC, BLE 21st CCLC). Multiple positions available.

Summer Programs:

Camp SOL:
Camp SOL (Summer of Learning) is a summer bridge program designed to support students who need additional assistance in Literacy and Math during the summer months. The program provides a half-day summer experience that includes experiential learning opportunities, in-house field trips, and meaningful connections with positive, engaging adults. Camp SOL is tentatively planned to operate at four sites:
Linton Elementary School, Olander Elementary School, Putnam Elementary School, and Riffenburgh Elementary School.

Poudre Community Academy 21st CCLC:
Will operate at Future Ready Center in the mall. This summer program "Summer Academy" offers online credit opportunities with personalized, inperson support and fun hands on learning opportunities for select students.

Blevins 21st CCLC:
Will operate at Blevins Middle School. This summer program is a summer transition program designed specifically for incoming 6th grade students oming 6th graders will be able to take part in project based learning and academic enrichments while becoming comfortable and confident on Blevins' campus.

Pay: $35/hour

Camp SOL Schedule (hours per day/work calendar days): 6 hours per day, 16 days.

* Camp SOL will operate Monday through Thursday from June 1 through June 25.

* Camp SOL Teachers will be scheduled to work 6 hours per day, with exact hours determined by site placement.

* This position also includes 12 hours of required training prior to the program start date, as well as an additional 12 hours available for planning and preparation. Staff training sessions will be held in the evenings throughout the month of May.

Poudre Community Academy 21stCCLC (hours per day/work calendar days): 3.5 hours per day, 16 days.

* The PCA 21st CCLC summer program will operate Monday through Thursday from June 1 - June 25.

* PCA 21st CCLC Teachers will be scheduled to work 3.5 hours a day, with exact hours determined at a later date.

* This position also includes 2 hours of required training prior to the program start date. The staff training session will be held in an evening during the month of May.

Blevins 21stCCLC (hours per day/work calendar days): 7 hours per day, 8 days.

* Blevins 21st CCLC summer program will operate Monday - Thursday from July 27 - August 6.

* Blevins 21st CCLC Teachers will be scheduled to work 7 hours a day, with exact hours determined at a later date.

* This position also includes 7 hours of required training prior to the program start date, as well as an additional 10 hours available for planning and preparation. The staff training session will be held during the day during the month of July.

Duration of position:
Summer only

Benefits include: PERA retirement

Additional Information:
Must have a valid Colorado Educator's License with appropriate endorsement.
