Climbepic is looking for a passionate Head Coach and Instructor to join the team at Ruckus Climbing Gym in Fort Collins, Colorado. This role will lead youth athlete training, mentor assistant coaches, and ensure effective climbing classes and clinics.
The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching competitive youth climbing programs, a strong understanding of climbing fundamentals, and the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities. Competitive pay between $19-20 per hour, alongside benefits like a free gym membership.
