Mesa-County-Valley-School-District-51 is hiring a Paraprofessional, In-School Suspension (ISS) Monitor for a temporary position in Colorado. This role involves supervising students assigned to in-school suspension, ensuring their safety and adherence to school expectations. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and prior experience working with children.
Responsibilities include monitoring behavior, assisting with academic work, and supporting social-emotional learning and restorative practices. Bilingual skills are preferred for certain assignments. The average work is approximately 6 hours per day, Monday through Thursday.
