Role Overview

Kid Strong Camp Coach delivers a safe, structured, high‑energy camp experience that drives kid impact, parent trust, and future revenue (conversion + retention). The role leads programming across brain, physical, and character development for kids ages 4–11.

We hire for behavior, not just experience.

• Professional:
  Shows up prepared, communicates clearly, handles parents with confidence.
• Strong Operator (Time Management):
  Runs schedule on time, transitions efficiently, executes without reminders.
• Calm Under Chaos:
  Controls a room of 20–30 kids, de‑escalates issues, adapts quickly.
• High Energy + Presence:
  Engaging, confident, leads from the front.
• Kid-First Mindset:
  Builds rapport, makes kids feel safe, seen, and successful.

• Lead groups of 20–30 campers.
• Maintain high‑energy, structured environment.
• Lead HQ designated programming.

• Execute check‑in and track attendance.
• Ensure 100% supervision and safety at all times.
• Communicate with parents professionally.

• Complete end‑of‑day reset (trash, sanitize, equipment).
• Cleaning throughout the day.
• Ensuring equipment is properly used and maintained.

• Complete all required training + certifications.
• Attend required staff meetings.

• Safety is always our top priority.
• On‑time execution of schedule.
• Professional parent communication.
• Completion of:
  • Camp Rollout
  • Camp Coach Exam
  • Leadership sign‑off

Compensation: $18.00 per hour.
