Position Summary:

The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition is seeking applications for a part‑time instructor for the Food Science & Human Nutrition Program. Detailed information on the department is available on the Department Website: https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)./

Salary Range: $25,000 to $35,000 annual. 0.5 FTE.

• Teach one or more courses in one of our three undergraduate programs
• Assess student progress
• Provide student feedback
• Develop new course materials

• Pre‑employment criminal background check (required for new hires)

Supervision:
This position will report to the Department Head.

• Master’s degree in a related field
• 1–2 years Teaching Experience

• Experience working in university setting
• Experience designing new college‑level courses
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
