Job SummaryThe Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a highly organized, meticulous, and proactive Coordinator for Undergraduate Programs! The position's primary area of responsibility is administrative and programmatic support for the Associate Dean and Executive Director for Leeds Undergraduate Programs.
This full-time position reports directly to the Executive Director for Undergraduate Programs, and serves as a key partner to both the Associate Dean and Executive Director, ensuring the effective execution of initiatives that enhance the undergraduate student experience.
The Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and programmatic support across a broad portfolio of undergraduate programs. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and external partners. The successful candidate will work towards advancing the strategic goals of Leeds Undergraduate Programs and fostering an engaging, inclusive, and student-centered environment.

What YourKey Responsibilities Will Be Assistant to the Associate Dean and Executive Director
Manage calendars for Associate Dean and Executive Director. This includes managing weekly meeting load, in addition to coordinating with colleagues in Leeds and across campus to schedule meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, assist with logistics, and process travel reimbursement requests for Associate Dean and Executive Director.
Process faculty-submitted grade changes that require Dean's approval.
Manage Dean's List recognition process each semester, including:
Identifying eligible students, and ensure accuracy of Dean's List reports
Sending notifications to recognized students.
Coordinating with the Leeds Engagement, Marketing & Communications team to publish the Dean's List on the Leeds website.
Purchase items as needed for Associate Dean and Executive Director, in accordance with Leeds and campus AP policies. Maintain an understanding of these complex financial policies, and their application, and act as liaison between Associate Dean and Executive Director and AP office.
Support special projects that advance the Leeds strategic plan and undergraduate program priorities, as needed.
Other duties as assigned by the Associate Dean and Executive Director.
Program coordination and logistics support for Dean's Leadership Fellows (DLF) Program.
Plan all logistics and travel for the DLF leadership retreat, which takes place during the fall semester. Take the lead in securing contracts and obtaining necessary campus and college approvals, ensure that payments are made on time and the event runs smoothly.
Plan senior recognition event, which takes place each spring semester. Includes making reservations, inviting students, tracking RSVP's, submitting reimbursements, and obtaining all necessary approvals.
Plan at least one annual event for each cohort according to program objectives.
Track DLF student participation in leadership roles each semester.
Track each DLF cohort and maintain an accurate list of active program participants each year.
