Teaching Tree Early Childhood Learning Center is a non‑profit, high‑quality early childhood program serving families in the Fort Collins community. We are currently seeking a dedicated and nurturing Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our team.
In this full‑time role, you will support a Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for toddlers. You’ll help with daily routines, provide classroom coverage during planning times and breaks, and ensure each child receives quality care and attention.
ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Includes a 1.5 hour daily break
What We’re Looking ForA patient, flexible, and reliable individual
Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
Passionate about early childhood education and providing quality care
Able to multi‑task and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Able to work full‑time Monday‑Friday
Starting Pay$16/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
