Position: 2026-27 Paraprofessional Music-Fossil Ridge High School

Color Guard Coach

Information specific to this position:
This position is responsible for providing color guard coaching and instructional support for small ensemble classes at the assigned school site. Support daily instruction, rehearsals, performances, and assist in administrative tasks that uphold the goals of the music program. Additional responsibilities included below.

Provide color guard coaching for small ensemble classes at the assigned school site.

Support the Teacher or Director by promoting and supporting the expectations and vision of the music program.

Tutor or provide instructional assistance to individuals or student groups needing extra help in learning color guard concepts.

Organize, file, catalogue and maintain music and materials.

Assist in administrative tasks to support the music program.

Attend appropriate inservice meetings, building meetings, training, parent conferences and/or school functions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $19.19-$21.49/hour (min–12% above min), based on qualifications and experience

Hours/day: 6

Work calendar days: 186

One Year Only
