Playcrafter Kids is a rapidly growing play-based preschool that integrates creative arts into early childhood education. Our mission is to empower every child to become a fearless creator, innovator, and lifelong learner. Located in Fort Collins, CO, we offer a unique learning environment where imagination and play take center stage.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Early Childhood Lead Teacher to join our preschool (2.5-6 year-olds) and creative programs. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education, creative arts, and fostering a nurturing, play-based learning environment.

• Classroom Leadership:
  Lead and implement daily activities and lessons.
• Classroom Leadership:
  Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children ages 2.5-6.
• Classroom Leadership:
  Provide individual attention and support to students as needed.
• Creative Arts Support:
  Help facilitate creative arts activities, including music, drama, and movement for children up to the age of 12.
• Creative Arts Support:
  Incorporate music, movement, and creativity where possible.

• PDIS Early Childhood Professional Credential 3.0 (Level 2 or above)
• Experience with early childhood education and/or childcare
• A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their growth.
• Strong interest in creative arts and play-based learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual.

• PDIS Early Childhood Professional Credential 3.0 (Level 2 or above) or the ability to qualify for Level 2 or above.
• Must be able to complete required training hours prior to the start date.
• CPR certification (can be completed on-site if not already certified).
• Must pass a background check.

• Full-time M-F (7:30-4:30)
• The school year runs from August-May with summer camps in June and July.
• Time off is available over holidays, between school and summer camp, and spring break.
• 40 hours of PTO.
