CNCC Rangely is one of Colorado's smaller campuses, and that's exactly the point. Staff here carry real responsibility, see the direct results of their work, and are known contributors - not headcount. The Student Affairs team is collaborative and student-obsessed in the best possible way. Beyond purpose, the role comes with benefits including health coverage, generous leave, and PERA retirement. And Rangely itself - canyon country, outdoor recreation, and genuine small-town community - is the kind of place people move to deliberately.
