Electrical Engineering — AI Data Trainer About The Role

We're looking for experienced electrical engineers to challenge, test, and refine AI reasoning across complex engineering domains — from circuit analysis to power systems to signal processing.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your expertise becomes the benchmark for AI excellence.

• Design Challenging Problems — Craft advanced electrical engineering problems across domains like circuit analysis, power systems, electromagnetics, signal processing, and control systems to rigorously test AI performance
• Author Ground‑Truth Solutions — Develop precise, step‑by‑step technical solutions and "golden responses" that serve as the learning benchmark for AI models
• Audit Technical Accuracy — Evaluate AI‑generated code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs for correctness, safety, and adherence to engineering standards (IEEE, NEC, and others)
• Improve AI Reasoning — Identify flawed logic in AI‑generated engineering responses and provide structured, expert feedback to refine the model's technical thinking

• Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field
• Deep domain knowledge in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or embedded systems
• Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely in writing
• Highly precise — you catch errors in mathematical derivations, circuit logic, and technical documentation that others miss
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
• No prior AI experience required

• Experience with data annotation, technical evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
• Familiarity with simulation tools (MATLAB, SPICE, LabVIEW, etc.)
• Background spanning multiple EE subfields

• Work on some of the most intellectually stimulating problems in AI development
• Fully remote and asynchronous — work on your own schedule, from anywhere
