** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*** Lead and mentor a team of GNC and Avionics engineers.
* Oversee the complete lifecycle of flight systems, from preliminary design to flight operations.
* Manage flight system development schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure milestones are met.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including structures, propulsion, and software, to ensure system integration.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
* Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
* Strong understanding of Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) and/or Avionics systems.
* Ability to manage 6+ direct reports
* Current Clearance TS/SCI or ability to hold TS/SCI
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Direct experience with reentry and/or hypersonic vehicle systems.
* Demonstrated experience managing complex aerospace projects.### Compensation Range for:
