We are looking for an OEM Sales Application Engineer I (SAE) to join our team. The SAE supports the selling process by providing technical expertise on Woodward products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise on Woodward products and solutions.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Design custom solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare technical documentation and proposals.
- Address customer inquiries or troubleshooting requests.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends to offer informed guidance.
- Technical proficiency in application software and related tools.
- Customer service ability, with ability to support and address customer inquiries.
- Problem‑solving, using standard procedures to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, clearly conveying information and instructions.
- Analytical skills, assessing data and application performance to inform decision making.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in configuration and documentation retention.
- Time management, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and project milestones.
- Team collaboration, working cooperatively with colleagues and senior engineers.
- Learning agility, quickly adapting to new technologies and processes.
- Documentation skills, maintaining thorough, organized records of procedures, issues, and solutions.

Estimated annual base pay: $65,000 (minimum) – $104,000 (maximum). All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.
