OEM Sales Application Engineer

We are looking for an OEM Sales Application Engineer I (SAE) to join our team. The SAE supports the selling process by providing technical expertise on Woodward products and solutions.

• Provide technical expertise on Woodward products and solutions.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Design custom solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation and proposals.
• Address customer inquiries or troubleshooting requests.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Stay updated on industry trends to offer informed guidance.

• Technical proficiency in application software and related tools.
• Customer service ability, with ability to support and address customer inquiries.
• Problem‑solving, using standard procedures to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, clearly conveying information and instructions.
• Analytical skills, assessing data and application performance to inform decision making.
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in configuration and documentation retention.
• Time management, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and project milestones.
• Team collaboration, working cooperatively with colleagues and senior engineers.

Estimated annual base pay: $65,000 (minimum) – $104,000 (maximum). All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.
