Role Overview

As an Engineering Rotation Program Member at Woodward, you will participate in a dynamic two‑year program designed to accelerate your growth as a technical and future business leader. The program consists of three immersive eight‑month rotations in Product Development Engineering, Operations Engineering, and Systems and Advanced Development, with assignments ranging from product design and validation to project management and advanced data analysis.

Members may be required to relocate to one of Woodward’s U.S. sites for each rotation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute engineering tasks, completing routine assignments to support project objectives.
  • Collaborate across functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of engineering projects.
  • Apply technical principles by utilizing foundational engineering theories and practices.
  • Report project progress with regular updates and documentation for senior team members.
  • Resolve standard issues by identifying and addressing common technical problems using predefined methods and guidelines.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Complete an undergraduate degree by May 2027.
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR/EAR regulations or have the necessary authorizations.
