The role of a Field Service Engineer focuses on managing field service operations, including performing onsite installations, control upgrades, software updates, maintenance, and repairs of equipment. The position requires leveraging technical expertise to diagnose and resolve moderately complex issues effectively with gas and steam turbine controls.
Travel Requirements:
This role requires up to 70% travel. When not in the field, the position reports to our Fort Collins, Colorado office. Travel may be local or international and can include weekends and holidays. There is no fixed schedule for Field Engineering, as travel is based on customer demand. Travel expectations are higher during plant outages, and these are seasonal. Short notice travel can be expected for this role.
Level 2 Estimated annual base pay: $65,000 - $85,000
Level 3 Estimated annual base pay: $79,000 -$104,000
Premiums are applicable for overtime, isolated locations, international and hazard areas.
