The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and improving conveyor systems and material handling equipment. This role collaborates with Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Project Management to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and innovative solutions that meet customer requirements while maintaining company engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities- Design conveyor systems and related mechanical components using CAD software.
- Create manufacturing drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and engineering documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop custom equipment solutions.
- Review customer specifications and ensure designs meet project requirements.
- Support manufacturing by resolving engineering and production issues.
- Participate in design reviews and continuous product improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and safety requirements.
- Assist with prototype testing and product validation.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and customers when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years of mechanical design experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in Solid Works or similar CAD software.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with conveyor systems or material handling equipment.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and machining processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and BOM management.
