Proposed hiring rate of $17.50 to $19.10+, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Resort Services Agent (RS Agent) combines the skills of Guest Services, Retail Clerk, and Rental Tech Agents into a single role. The agent works in multiple locations, handling sales, customer service, and operational tasks. The position requires moving quickly between tasks, providing accurate guest information, and proactively selling the right product or service to enhance the guest experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Guest Services: Fulfill sales orders for rental equipment, season passes, tickets, ski & ride school, and other services. Act as a revenue collector for multiple departments and provide guests with product information and recommendations.
- Rentals: Oversee the rental process; ensure proper fit and sizing of ski and ride equipment, including bindings, boot fit, and sizing. Maintain equipment placement and storage according to standards. Work in physically demanding positions such as kneeling or bending while fitting equipment.
- Retail: Learn detailed product knowledge and proactively sell merchandise to customers. Assist in stocking, restocking, and maintaining the presentation of retail products, including cleaning and folding merchandise.
- Administration: Use point‑of‑sale systems and perform keyboard tasks efficiently.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Accept new responsibilities and adapt to changes in job scope, including evolving responsibilities within POWDR-Copper.
- Ambassador: Represent Copper Mountain’s culture to guests and employees, maintain a professional image, and strive to exceed guest expectations.
