Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes for the Industrial segment s hands‑on role will play a critical part in supporting strategic decision‑making by providing insightful financial analysis, identifying trends, and ensuring the company achieves its financial goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable being in the details, and thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    Plays a key leadership and contributor role in all financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Business Partnering:
    Partners with business units and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision‑making.
  • Compliance and

    Risk Management:

    Responsible for ensuring that financial processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This includes participating in internal and external audits and implementing controls to mitigate financial risks.
  • Process Improvement:
    Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Management:
    Responsible for managing one other finance professional, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback.

    The ability to communicate financial data and analysis to internal stakeholders, including presenting findings to senior management and responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
