Tax Consultant

Hybrid - Fort Collins, CO

$55+/hour (W2, based on experience)

• Provide hands‑on tax support and serve as back‑up coverage for tax staff as business needs require.
• Prepare the quarterly federal tax provision using One Source, including supporting work papers and reconciliations.
• Assist third‑party providers with federal and state tax compliance, including the review of tax returns and supporting schedules.
• Calculate quarterly Schedule M-1 and other book‑to‑tax adjustments, including stock‑based compensation items.
• Perform complex consolidations of multiple Schedule M adjustments and calculate research and development related tax adjustments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
• Proven experience preparing federal tax provisions and Schedule M adjustments in a corporate tax environment.
• Hands‑on experience working with One Source and partnering with external tax service providers.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Collins three days per week is required.
