Commercial Loan Officer

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lending Officer to develop and manage commercial lending relationships, originate new business, and provide exceptional service to business clients. This role combines business development, relationship management, and portfolio oversight.

• Develop new commercial lending relationships and generate loan opportunities.
• Meet with business owners and prospective clients to identify financing needs.
• Guide clients through the loan application and approval process.
• Serve as the primary contact for commercial lending clients.
• Build referral networks and maintain a strong presence in the business community.
• Manage an assigned commercial loan portfolio.
• Cross-sell additional financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of commercial or business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending products and regulations.
• Proven business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Salary: $85,000 - $106,000 + Commission
