We are working with a rapidly growing company in the tech space who is on a mission to help brands create meaningful connections with their customers at a time when digital channels are crowded, expensive, and harder to measure. They are building tools that make it simple for companies to engage their audiences in ways that feel personal and effective. With consistent year-over-year growth, over 100 team members, and strong backing from top-tier investors, the business is profitable and scaling fast.

Due to their continued growth, they’re looking for a detail-oriented Analyst who thrives at the intersection of finance and data. This person will own reporting and financial modeling, build dashboards that surface critical insights, and provide leadership with the numbers needed to make confident, data-driven decisions.

This is a full time, permanent entry or junior level position on a remote basis. We are looking for someone with Excel expertise, SQL skills, and experience working with BI tools.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar) that highlight key operational and financial metrics
  • Write SQL queries to pull, clean, and structure data for recurring and ad-hoc analysis
  • Own financial models including budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning, with reconciliations back to actuals
  • Track budget vs. actuals and explain variances with clear, actionable insights
  • Automate reporting for core business metrics like revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, and cash flow
  • Partner with leadership on board materials, investor updates, and strategic projects
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and growth teams to scope data needs for new initiatives
Must-Have Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
  • Advanced Excel expertise
  • Strong SQL skills (able to join large tables, create CTEs, and optimize queries for Big Query)
  • Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Comfortable with accounting fundamentals
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate data into a clear story
  • Daily use of AI tools in your workflow is a plus
  • Python experience for data wrangling is a bonus
