Business Banking Treasury Management Advisor - Relationship Manager

Position Overview

As a Treasury Management Advisor in PNC’s Small Business Banking organization, you will support Colorado Market clients by managing relationships, driving sales, and mitigating risk.

Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share.

• Acquires, expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Originates, financially analyzes, negotiates and documents credit and non‑credit products and services for new and/or existing clients.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for clients, actively identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Provides insights and ideas based on clients’ financial well‑being to increase client engagement and loyalty.
• Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
• Utilizes reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk using credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.

• University or college degree (or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience).
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong skills in book of business management, client relationship building, credit processes, credit products, customer engagement, decision making, financial analysis and prospecting.
• Effective communication and critical thinking abilities.
• Tech savvy, with comfort using sales and reporting tools.

Bachelor’s degree required. No specific certifications or licenses required.

Base Salary: $82,500.00 – $ (varies by location, market data and individual qualifications). This role is incentive eligible based on company, business and/or performance.
