Position Overview
As a Treasury Management Advisor in PNC’s Small Business Banking organization, you will support Colorado Market clients by managing relationships, driving sales, and mitigating risk.
Job DescriptionHandles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share.
Responsibilities- Acquires, expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
- Originates, financially analyzes, negotiates and documents credit and non‑credit products and services for new and/or existing clients.
- Manages risk/return and drives quality for clients, actively identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
- Provides insights and ideas based on clients’ financial well‑being to increase client engagement and loyalty.
- Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
- Utilizes reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk using credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
- University or college degree (or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience).
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong skills in book of business management, client relationship building, credit processes, credit products, customer engagement, decision making, financial analysis and prospecting.
- Effective communication and critical thinking abilities.
- Tech savvy, with comfort using sales and reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree required. No specific certifications or licenses required.
Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $82,500.00 – $ (varies by location, market data and individual qualifications). This role is incentive eligible based on company, business and/or performance.
