Responsibilities
- Lead credit oversight and portfolio management for a complex and growing book of Independent Power Producer (IPP) relationships
- Accountable for independent credit judgment, portfolio risk governance, and strategic partnership with Relationship Management, Product, and Impact Finance teams
- Manage a portfolio comprised of corporate-level revolvers, term debt, letters of credit, and non-recourse finance facilities
- Partner with Relationship Manager(s) to successfully manage a portfolio of Corporate Banking credit relationships
- Grow revenue as directed by senior management by successfully closing new business relationships and retaining and expanding relationships with existing customers
- Underwrite all types of credit account exposure, manage an assigned credit portfolio, and respond to prospect or customer credit questions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in corporate banking and/or project finance with a strong focus on power & energy sector
- Demonstrated experience managing complex credit portfolios with both corporate and non-recourse finance structures
