Finance Rotation Program Member

Woodward is offering a two‑year Finance Rotation Program designed to accelerate the growth of future business leaders through three 8‑month rotations in Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Business Partnership, and Corporate Finance & Accounting.

• Relocate to a Woodward U.S. site for each rotation.
• Work across Industrial and Aerospace segments.
• Engage in accredited coursework, professional skills training, and leadership development seminars.

• Execute financial tasks using established procedures to support project objectives.
• Collaborate across cross‑functional departments to ensure alignment and timely completion of projects.
• Apply foundational finance theories and practices to contribute to design and development activities.
• Report project progress with regular updates and documentation for senior team members.
• Identify and address standard financial issues using predefined methods and guidelines.

• Technical aptitude – understanding and applying fundamental finance principles to routine tasks; preference for experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA or similar ERP.
• Communication – effectively exchanging information and verifying comprehension with team members.
• Problem solving – using established procedures to resolve standard financial challenges.
• Time management – organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Team collaboration – working cohesively within diverse teams to achieve common objectives.
• Analytical thinking – assessing information and standard practices to make informed judgments.
• Adaptability – adjusting to new disciplines and standardized procedures during rotations.
• Attention to detail – ensuring accuracy in executing routine assignments.

Candidates must complete their undergraduate degree by May
2027. All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR or be eligible to obtain required authorizations.

• Estimated annual base pay of $75,000 plus annual cash bonus opportunity.
