Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow;
Exceed client expectations by handling day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on using technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and connecting them to team of experts;
Perform branch operations, including cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs following bank policies and procedures
