Scheduling Analyst

Location: UCHealth Westbridge - Fort Collins

Department: Resource Management Center

Work Schedule: PRN, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $20.87 - $27.13 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Role Type: Onsite; no hybrid or remote option

• Gathers data and provides analysis for the resource management center across the health system. Serves as scheduling system administrator.

• Completes ongoing analysis of scheduling and coverage needs for facility, region and system.
• Manages and updates predictive model, volume and acuity adjustments.
• Manages content of dashboards and reporting of staffing and scheduling utilization and trends.
• Updates and maintains timekeeping, staffing and scheduling systems including training of end users.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and take appropriate action.

• High School diploma or GED.
• 4 years of relevant experience.
