ANNUAL SALARY RANGE:$40,415. (Salaries are paid biweekly)
ANNUAL ANTICIPATED HIRING RANGE:$46,000. (Salaries are paid biweekly)

The City of Fort Collins is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer l to join our Parking Services department. This is a full-time salaried position with the City with an anticipated hiring salary range of $46,000.00 - $52,000.00 a year! The Parking Enforcement Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with parking regulations within designated areas. This role involves patrolling assigned locations, issuing citations for illegal or expired parking, and addressing parking violations courteously yet firmly.
Officers also educate the public about parking code, assist with the removal of illegally parked vehicles when necessary, and collaborate with local law enforcement or City officials on enforcement issues.
The ideal candidate will have some related experience and/or training. We are looking for someone with a passion for community to bring their skills in communication and de-escalation to the City!
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe following duties and responsibilities are illustrative of the primary functions of this position and are not intended to be all inclusive.
- Patrols assigned areas to monitor compliance and issue tickets to violators.
- Maintains records of daily enforcement activities.
