We seek experienced Host Home Providers willing to open their homes to individuals who can no longer live independently and prefer not to be in a communal setting. Providers share their home and lives, offering a private bedroom, hands-on support, and ongoing daily care. You can help individuals with medical concerns or behavioral challenges and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

• Provide personal care including hygiene assistance, meal prep, dressing
• Assist with employment coaching to help clients find jobs
• Organize recreational activities to promote social development
• Include clients in family activities and outings
• Transport clients to stores, parks, events, etc.
• Assist with medical appointments and medication administration
• Maintain documentation of progress and medical records
• Provide training on life skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks
• Complete training in Medication Administration, CPR/First Aid, and maintain ongoing training
• Minimum 1 year experience as a host home provider
• Preferably experienced with behavioral and medical needs (e.g., CNAs, LPNs, RNs)
