Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to work in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Start Date: 03/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 40 Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel
Responsibilities- Assume responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into daily job performance.
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services as required by the assignment.
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in Outpatient services.
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado.
