Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Overview

Core Medical Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Fort Collins, Colorado. The position starts ASAP and will involve 40 hours per week with 8‑hour days in an outpatient/clinic setting.

• Provide exceptional patient care as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient/clinic setting.
• Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado or ready to obtain a Colorado license.
• Current certification and willingness to obtain any additional credentials required by the assignment.
• Experience in outpatient or clinic settings preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
