Key Responsibilities Conduct online medical research of Motor Vehicle Accident claim payments and manage the claim life cycle Research and review necessary documentation to facilitate timely claim resolution and reimbursement Prepare and submit MVA billing packets to insurance companies and communicate with patient attorneys regarding claim status Requirements and Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing or collections 2+ years of client-facing/customer service experience 1+ years of experience with MVA claim resolution preferred Strong computer proficiency and understanding of insurance claims processing
