Location:
UCHealth Harmony Campus 2121, Fort Collins, CO.
Department: PVH Rehab Services At Harmony
Work Schedule:
Full Time, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Days, Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri.
Pay: $38.72 - $58.08 per hour, dependent on relevant experience.
This position is onsite only. We are looking for a pelvic floor therapist passionate about working with oncology patients at our Fort Collins Cancer Center.

Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred:
Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy. - CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
