Description:

10 RTO days maximum approved per contract.
RTO is not allowed during specific time periods.
We may consider flexibility for harder-to-fill positions.
Shift is nights from 18:30 to 07:00 on various days of the week.
Weekend coverage is required per unit needs.
On-call duties are not required.
Candidates must have experience with charting using Epic.
Transports and direct intubation experience are required.

Experience with various pediatrics and NICU procedures is essential.
Candidates should be skilled in pulmonary hygiene and tracheostomy care.
Responsibilities include managing critically ill patients and performing emergency procedures.
Knowledge of various medications and respiratory techniques is necessary.
Candidates should be able to assist in high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal transports.
Additional requirements include interpretation of arterial blood gases and working with complex respiratory equipment.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong clinical skills and teamwork capabilities.
Candidates must be prepared for a fast-paced work environment.
