Greenwood Hospitality Group - - - Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the hotel's F&B operations to achieve guest, employee, corporate and owner satisfaction and financial goals.;
Develop and manage the department budget, marketing plans, forecasts, and objectives.;
Manage Human Resources for the F&B group: hire, train, develop, coach, conduct performance and salary reviews, and discipline as needed.;
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and all applicable laws; promote safety programs.;
Resolve guest complaints and maintain high levels of customer service; assume General Manager duties in absence.
