This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Data Architect based in Fort Collins, CO. As a Data Architect, you will design and implement data solutions, create and optimize data models, oversee data governance practices, and manage the development and support of data warehousing systems. You will also be responsible for improving data integration processes, including Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data architecture solutions align with business goals.

• Expertise in Data Architecture and Data Modeling to support robust database and system design
• Proficiency in Data Warehousing and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for efficient data management
• Strong understanding of Data Governance practices and frameworks to ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance
• Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills with proven ability to design scalable and innovative data solutions
• Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies, such as SQL, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and data visualization tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in the mid‑market business sector or a similar industry is a plus
