Nsight Health is hiring a full-time, in-office IT Device Lifecycle & Asset Specialist to support our growing organization. This hands-on role partners closely with the IT Director and IT Support Technician and owns the full lifecycle of company hardware—supporting a primarily remote workforce. This is a great opportunity for a jack-of-all-trades IT professional who enjoys operational ownership, process improvement, and working directly with hardware.
Aboutthe Role
Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets using Asset Panda, procurement through disposal.
Responsibilities- Provision, refresh, and redeploy laptops and peripherals
- Support onboarding, role changes, and offboarding device logistics
- Maintain accurate inventory, conduct audits, and manage stockroom operations
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, repairs, replacements, and secure e-waste disposal
- Partner with IT to create and improve processes, workflows, and asset governance
- Support end-user device configuration by managing MDM enrollment and Google Workspace account setup
- 2–5+ years of experience in IT asset management, shipping and receiving, device provisioning, basic desktop support, or IT operations
- Familiarity with asset management tools (Asset Panda or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and macOS
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform hands-on stockroom work
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30–$38 per hour
, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for a performance-based monthly bonus tied to individual and team impact.
