  • Collaborate with IAM, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security teams to embed privileged access controls. Support a culture that values strategic thinking, ownership & accountability, and personal growth.
  • Monitor emerging trends (Zero Trust, automation, AI), identify opportunities for adoption, and advocate for IAM/PAM best practices and security awareness.
  • Produce regular reports for leadership that provide an overview of key performance and risk indicators (KPIs / KRIs) across technology performance, operational efficiency, and other key areas. Deliver KPI/KRI reports for leadership on performance and risks.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience working in PAM or IAM.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams delivering both technical and non‑technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of PAM/IAM frameworks, policies, and zero‑trust principles, across both on‑prem and cloud environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, Delinea, or other PAM technologies, and excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant professional or vendor certification(s) (e.g., CISSP, Cyber Ark Guardian).
  • Experience with cloud services particularly Microsoft Entra & Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
