Role Specifics:
We are looking for an IT Manager to join our growing IT Department. This role will be responsible for working closely with the Corporate IT team and other stakeholders and will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud solutions.
From day one, you’ll have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our IT operations, and an ongoing impact on our overall growth.
Essential Functions:
- Lead the design, deployment, and management of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Oversee network administration, server management, and data storage solutions.
- Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks
- Personnel management of IT staff:conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, training, coaching
- Establish, measure, and define IT goals and maintain IT roadmap
- Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company
- Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components
- Collaborate with other departments to align IT infrastructure with business needs.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, ensuring scalability and redundancy.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of IT hardware and software.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- This position may be required to travel up to 25% of the time
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience with Windows and MacOS workstation support and security
- 5+ years’ experience with Service Management tools (Service Now, Zendesk, etc.), SLAs (measurement, reporting), Incident, Change, Asset, Problem Management
- 4+ years personnel management in IT area
- 3+ years’ experience Strong understanding of SOX Compliance and IT General Controls
- 1+ years’ experience with Windows (2016, 2019) server administration
- 1+ years’ experience with Linux (any flavor) server administration
- 1+ years’ experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and virtual desktop (VDI)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective vendor partnership relationships
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL) are a plus
