Job Summary

Fit for the Role: We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team and support customer-facing initiatives from planning through execution. You’re a good fit for this role if you can hold others accountable and ensure follow-through on commitments and not afraid to engage in constructive conflict to drive clarity, alignment, and results. You will be responsible for delegating daily tasks to the Program Analysts to maintain customer deadlines and produce deliverables.

You’d work with our team to create, update, quality check, validate and deliver customer cybersecurity programs using our Tesseract product.

Your work may include but isn’t limited to creating and maintaining project plans, facilitating internal and external meetings, tracking changes and dependencies, and supporting implementation or deployment activities. You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Team, Customer Success, Service Desk, and other stakeholders to keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced cybersecurity startup environment. This position provides hands-on exposure to customer success, implementation projects, and the day-to-day operations of a growing organization.
