Estimated annual base pay: $105,000 - $155,000

A Level 3 SAP Record to Report Analyst supports end-to-end SAP finance processes across Record-to-Report, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, controlling, close, and financial reporting, while helping ensure standardized, compliant, and scalable processes across the enterprise. The role partners closely with global business and IT teams to support the design, configuration, testing, and rollout of SAP S/4
HANA RTR capabilities aligned to a global template, including key integrations with upstream and downstream business processes. This analyst executes functional and integration testing, resolves defects, supports master data and process readiness, and assists with cutover and hypercare activities during go-lives. A strong emphasis is placed on enabling consistent finance processes, strengthening cross-functional integration, and supporting regional adoption during the global SAP transformation.
Requirements
This role currently supports a large, multiyear, colocated project that requires travel approximately every other week
, with frequency expected to increase or decrease at different phases of the project
. Outside of this project, typical business travel is estimated at 5-10% annually

Business Requirements Analysis:
Independently elicit, analyze, and document business requirements;
Evaluate enhancement vs. new solution options;
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope.Documentation and Testing:
Own documentation for assigned projects;
Coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing to ensure the system meets business needs and traceability.Solution Design and Implementation:
Facilitate cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions;
Configure platform modules to meet business requirements, including cross-module integration;
Ensure alignment with organizational standards and promote reuse of existing capabilities.Stakeholder Communication and Training:
Act as a liaison between business and IT;
Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations.System Development and Support:
Identify and resolve complex platform-related issues, providing timely support to users;
Manage enhancements and bug fixes;
Collaborate with developers to ensure quality and adherence to standards;
Own small-to-medium development efforts;
Mentor other team members as needed.
Working knowledge of all SAP Record to Report (Finance) processes
, with specialization in Parallel Ledgers, Fixed Assets, Taxes, Foreign Currencies, AR, AP, GL, Treasury and capital projects and integration points with sourcing, sales & distribution and inventory highly preferred.Experience with government accounting standards such as DCAA/DCMA, CAS, etc.
