• Provide on-site and remote technical support for software and hardware.
• Handle tickets in the Jira Service Management system.
• Identify persistent problems and recurring failures and elevate to the engineering team.
• Configure Windows, Linux, and Apple computers to ensure the latest software updates, device management and the Anduril security stack are installed for each endpoint.
• Inventory and asset management of all endpoint hardware.
• Support and license administration of end‑user software including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Lucid, Matlab, and others.
• Identify knowledge articles and SOPs for end users and internal IT.
• Assist with ongoing operational improvements and implementation projects as needed.
• Travel regionally up to 50% to support our Colorado locations.

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a service‑desk technical role.
• Excellent knowledge of PC and Apple hardware.
• Extremely detail‑oriented.
• Excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with a ticketing system and managing a ticket queue.
• Must participate in a weekly on‑call rotation.
• Must be able to travel if necessary.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

• Experience with Linux.
• Experience with AWS Virtual Work spaces.
• Experience with MDM.

$67,000 – $88,000 USD. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
